The organization with which I was associated previously was a company of technology. The chief factor of success for the firm was its organizational culture. Capabilities are determined by organizational culture of a firm in assisting new strategies, new policies, and changes. Employees were integrated and developed in an effective manner into the organizational culture by which innovation is facilitated in a rapid manner. The company has been fine-tuning gradually their culture of the organization to match the business environment dynamics in a proper manner.
